A 300-seat jewel box theater that has anchored Caldmere's arts scene since 1923. The burgundy velvet seats and gilded proscenium arch evoke a grander era, though the productions are thoroughly modern. The theater company is tight-knit and fiercely competitive — understudies have been known to rehearse through the night, and opening night parties at the rooftop bar are legendary.
